The Meeting, organized by the European Interdisciplinary Council on Aging (EICA) and by the European Geriatric Medicine Society (EuGMS) will be held on June 8-9, 2023 at the Venice International University (San Servolo Island, Venice, Italy) and will focus on the increasing interest on the association between infectious diseases and dementia, in particular Alzheimer’s disease, and on the potential protective role of some vaccines. Basic scientists, epidemiologists, and clinicians will gather to discuss the latest evidence-based findings and to outline the future priorities in this challenging area.
